Commodity Warehousing Solutions
Management System Designed for Commodity Warehousing
Commodity trading requires scrupulous management of material information in and out of Foreign Trade Zones. Weight and costs of material are easily managed with OpenTrac Manager™. Once shipped, the system tracks physical material along with the transport identification. Once received at the warehouse, the material is weighed and recorded in OpenTrac which easily integrates with scale software, creating weight certificates and warrants automatically.
OpenTrac Manager™ is capable of integrating with metal exchange groups that include the London Metal Exchange (LME) and New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX). Our system allows trading partners to track material attributes that are compliant to the markets on these exchange levels. Ownership changes and the re-location of material are now 100% visible to users with our system.
These applications give real-time data of quantities, location, and the status of warehouse inventory. Barcode technology tracks and updates information directly on the floor. Identification tags are adjusted to our customers' requirements and printed with their own inventory specifications or that of material owners.
